Since January 2023, the Faro Darú community, where the apartment is located, has eliminated remote controls for accessing the property. Access is only possible by phone call (which must be previously registered) to a mobile number. This system increases security but complicates access for our tenants.
In order to continue providing our parking service, we have acquired a special, registered telephone. Our guests can use it during their stay: simply approach the exit gate, press the A, B, C, or D key, and then press the green call button to open the gate. Any questions or concerns will be answered by our staff.
